The room was spacious and very clean! The air conditioning was effective, a great feature. The staff assisted me quickly with baggage storage after checkout, a real convenience. I used the fitness center. It offered everything I needed to maintain my routine.
The elevator experienced delays at times, causing slight inconvenience.

helpful staff computer plugs
The room included a tea and coffee maker. Many phone plugs and computer plugs were available, this helped me organize my work. There is a restaurant on the premises and the staff offered directions when needed. Free wi-fi was accessible throughout my stay.
The carpet in the hallway needed shampoo cleaning. It was slightly worn.

attentive staff local attractions
the staff was very attentive to my needs. my room had a nice size television, i found many channels available. the location allowed quick access to local attractions. breakfast offered several options.
the elevator service was slow at times. i waited extended periods during peak hours. this created inconvenience.

convenient location breakfast variety
The location was great, near paddington station. it made getting around easy. the room had two sinks. I found that convenient. the breakfast variety was good, though i didn't try everything. there was a bar area where you could get drinks in the evenings.
the lift was small. it was difficult to get in with luggage. also, the staircase was narrow. this was not ideal when trying to move heavy bags.

broken elevator disorganized breakfast
The location was convenient to the park.
I experienced a problem with the elevator, and it was not working. I was on a high floor and had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The breakfast service was disorganized and chaotic, with a shortage of available seating and long wait times.

friendly staff easy access clean hotel
The staff was friendly and very helpful, I really appreciated that! The hotel offered easy access, something I found particularly convenient. The hotel was clean. I was impressed by this aspect.
The pillows were not very comfortable, it was a little disappointing.
